Blower Motor Switch: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Using a trim stick or other suitable wide flat-blade tool, gently pry the outer perimeter of the rear blower motor control panel from the rear center console.
3. Remove the rear blower motor control knob from the switch.
Rear Blower Motor Switch:
4. Disconnect the rear blower motor switch wire harness connector.
5. Remove the two rear blower motor switch retaining screws and separate the switch from the rear control panel.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the rear blower motor switch into the console cover.
2. Install and tighten the two screws that secure the blower switch to the bezel. Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
3. Connect the blower motor switch wire harness connector to the switch.
4. Install the rear blower motor control knob.
5. Install the rear blower motor control panel to the rear center console.
6. reconnect the battery negative cable.
