Engine Block Heater: Service and Repair
ENGINE BLOCK HEATERREMOVAL
3.5L ENGINE
1) Disconnect the power cord plug from heater.
2) Remove bolt. Remove the block heater assembly (Fig. 4).
INSTALLATION
3.5L ENGINE
1) Clean block core hole and heater seat.
2) Insert heater assembly.
3) With heater seated, tighten screw securely to assure a positive seal. (Fig. 6)
4) Install power cord plug to heater.
