INSTALLATION




1. Using the Special Tool 9199 Hub Bearing Remover/Installer (1) install the bearing (2) by pulling it into the rear knuckle assembly until it touches the shoulder of the rear knuckle assembly.





NOTE: Insure that the snap ring is correctly fitted in the rear knuckle assembly.

2. Install the snap ring (4) into the rear knuckle assembly.





NOTE: Verify the pressure plate lies flush against the bearings inner race during insertion.

3. Position the rear disc brake dust shield (1), and using the Special Tool 9199 Hub Bearing Remover/Installer, install the rear axle halfshaft flange (2).
4. Install the rear knuckle assembly.
