BACKUP LAMP SWITCH (Transmission)





The Backup Lamp Switch (2) for transmission models is mounted directly on the outside rear housing of the transmission near the output shaft. For complete Backup Lamp Switch removal procedures, refer to Backup Lamp Switch removal in the Transmission.

BACKUP LAMP SWITCH (Automatic Transmission)





The Backup Lamp Switch for automatic transmission models is an integrated component of the shifter mechanism (4) and cannot be adjusted, or repaired. If faulty, worn or damaged, the entire shifter mechanism assembly must be replaced.
