Block choke valve in wide open position and invert carburetor, Fig. 4. Slowly open the primary throttle valves until it is possible to measure between lower edge of primary valve and its bore. When dimension is as shown in the specifications chart, the secondary valves should just start to open. If necessary to adjust, bend rod until correct dimension is obtained.
