Choke Coil Lever

Fig. 6 Choke coil lever adjustment:

1. Remove choke cover.
2. Place fast idle cam follower on to highest step of fast idle cam.
3. Push up on choke lever to close choke valve.
4. Insert a .120 inch plug gauge as shown in Fig. 6.
5. Lower edge of lever should just contact gauge.
6. Bend choke rod to adjust.
