3-A - SERVICING PRIMARY MAIN METERING JET:
REPAIR PROCEDURE
A. ^ Remove primary metering jet and install new jet #211, PN 4293797 (Figure 3-A) .
3-B - SERVICING SECONDARY MAIN METERING JET:
^ Remove secondary metering jet and install new jet #215, PN 4240006 (Figure 3-B).
3-C - SERVICING PRIMARY HIGH SPEED BLEED:
^ Remove primary high speed bleed and install new bleed #180, PN 4131128 (Figure 3-C).
3-D - SERVICING SECONDARY HIGH SPEED BLEED:
^ Remove secondary high speed bleed and install new bleed #210, PN 4397708 (Figure 3-D).
B. Reset fast idle specification as follows:
Transmission Specification
M-5 1500 RPM (Step 3 of the cam)
Automatic 1650 RPM (Step 3 of the cam)
All speeds and timing remain the same except as noted above. Check and reset as required.
C. Type "This vehicle has been modified with Altitude Emission Package PN 4411980" and appropriate new specifications on the VECI Update Label.
D. Affix VECI Update Label, PN 4275084, near original VECI label.

All parts are to be ordered separately.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Remove original carburetor and install new carburetor, PN 4324744 or 4324745.
2. Install altitude compensator, PN 4306202, on the dash panel behind the engine.
FIGURE 4A:
The mounting location should be slightly above and to the right of the carburetor (Figure 4A).
3. Install vacuum harness, PN 4287006, and hook up as shown in Figure 4A.
4. Check idle specification and reset if necessary.
5. Type "This vehicle has been modified to meet Altitude Emission Standards" on the VECI Update Label, PN 4275084, and affix near existing VECI Label.
