REPAIR PROCEDURE

A. Remove primary main jets and install new jets #247, PN 4271983 (Figure 13). Turn vacuum power valve one turn CCW (lean).
B. Reset choke specification as follows:

Choke Vacuum Kick .150"
Choke Unloader .280"
Fast Idle Cam Position .070"

C. Set new idle specifications as follows:

Idle RPM 620 RPM
Propane Speed 685 RPM
A/C Kicker RPM 850 RPM (with compressor clutch disabled)
Fast Idle 1270 RPM (Step 2 of the cam)

D. Type "This vehicle has been modified with Altitude Emissions Package PN 4411986" and the appropriate new specifications on the VECI Update Label.

E. Affix VECI Update Label, PN 4275084, near original VECI label.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Replace carburetor with PN 4324632, per instructions in the service manual.

2. Replace the EGR valve with PN 4094891, per instructions in the service manual.

3. Replace the ESA module with PN 4379236 or 4379109, per instructions in the service manual. Part number determined by body style.

4. Type "This vehicle has been modified to meet Altitude Emission Standards" on the VECI Update Label, PN 4275084, and affix near VECI Label.
