Caster is adjusted by turning the upper control arm shaft as follows:
1. Remove upper control arm.
2. Rotate upper control arm shaft to alter caster setting. One half turn of the upper control arm shaft will cause the upper arm shaft to move approximately 0.049 inch forward or rearward, resulting in approximately 17 minute (17/60°) change in caster setting.
3. Reinstall control arm and recheck caster.
4. Repeat adjustment until caster is within specifications. Maximum variation between left and right sides should be less than 1/2°.
