Inspect
    Vacuum Harness HVAC
      Check all vacuum operated emission components and replace as necessary.
    Transfer Case
      Check fluid level.
    Manual Transmission/Transaxle
      Check fluid level.
    Idle Speed
      Carburetted models only.
    Heating and Air Conditioning
    Fluid - A/T
      Check fluid level. Fluid warm, engine idling in Neutral.
    Exhaust System
    Drive Belt
      Inspect and adjust belts. Not required for California warranty.
    Differential Assembly
      Check for leaks.
    Crankcase Filter
      Clean/oil crankcase inlet air filter.
    Choke Thermostat/Heater
    Brake Hose/Line
Replace
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve
    Oxygen Sensor
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Engine Oil
      If your mileage is less than 7,500 miles (12,000 km) yearly, replace the engine oil filter at each oil change.

    Wheel Bearing
      Inspect and lubricate front wheel bearings. Also service when replacing disc pads. With 44F-BJ & 60F front differentials, clean and repack front spindle needle bearings.
