      With 44F-BJ & 60F front differentials, inspect and lubricate front spindle needle bearings. Also service when replacing disc pads.

    Parking Brake Lever
      Lubricate parking brake ratio lever pivot.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
    Body and Frame
      Lubricate body, brake & clutch actuating mechanisms.
Check
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake linings.
Inspect
    Power Steering Fluid
      Check fluid level. CB & MB 350 models require Hydroboost Power Steering Fluid, part number 4318056 or equivalent.
    Ignition Timing
    Ignition Cable
    Idle Speed
    Heating and Air Conditioning
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect all fuel & emission hoses.
    Fuel Delivery and Air Induction
      Inspect air intake system.
    Exhaust System
    EGR Valve
      Check EGR system, clean EGR passages.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect & adjust drive belts. Not required for California emissions warranty.
    Differential Assembly
      Check for leaks.
    Crankcase Filter
      Clean/oil crankcase inlet air cleaner.
    Cooling System
    Carburetor
      Inspect and clean carburetor choke shaft, fast idle cam & pivots.
    Brake Hose/Line
    Brake Fluid
      Check fluid level.
    Air Injection
      If equipped.
Replace
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fluid - A/T
      Replace fluid & filter, adjust bands.
    Air Injection Filter
    Air Filter Element
      Also clean air filter wrapper (if equipped).
Clean/Repack
    Wheel Bearing
      Inspect and lubricate front wheel bearings. Also service when replacing disc pads. With 44F-BJ & 60F front differentials, clean & repack front spindle needle bearings.
