Choke Unloader (Angle Gauge Method)

Choke Unloader Adjustment:

1. Attach a rubber band to the green tang of the intermediate choke shaft. Open the throttle to allow the choke valve to close.
2. Set up the angle gauge and set the angle to specification, refer to SPECIFICATIONS for correct setting based upon carburetor number.
3. Hold the secondary lockout lever away from the pin, and hold the throttle lever in the wide open position.
4. Make the adjustment by bending the tang of the fast idle lever until the bubble is centered. Close the choke valve, and rotate the gauge to zero to check for centered bubble. If the bubble is not centered, repeat the adjustment procedure.
5. Remove the angle gauge, and the rubber band.
