Air Valve Rod

Air Valve Rod Adjustment:

1. Connect a vacuum pump to the nipple on the choke vacuum diaphragm, and apply 18 in-hg. vacuum. Close the air valve.
2. Insert a .025 in. plug gauge between the rod and the end of the slot. Make the adjustment by bending the rod until the clearance is .025 in.
