B Speed Control Vent Solenoid

1. Turn ignition switch off, then connect a voltmeter to light green/red wire at speed control servo harness connector and ground.
2. Turn ignition switch to the Run position, then turn speed control switch on.
3. If voltmeter is reading battery voltage, proceed to Step C.
4. If voltmeter reading is between 0 and 1 volt, proceed to Step D.
