B X30 Circuit

1. Turn ignition switch off, connect a voltmeter between ground and X30 dark blue/red wire of speed control switch harness connector, then turn ignition switch on.
2. If voltmeter reading is within on volt of battery voltage, proceed to Step C.
3. If voltmeter reading is zero, locate and repair open circuit in dark blue/red wire to fuse box.
