C X32 Circuit

1. Turn ignition switch off and disconnect 60-way connector.
2. Connect a voltmeter between ground and X32 yellow/red wire in cavity No. 8 of 60-way connector, then turn ignition switch on.
3. If voltmeter is reading battery voltage, defective logic board, replace SMEC.
4. If voltmeter reading is zero, locate and repair open circuit in yellow/red wire of cavity No. 8 of 60-way connector to speed control switch.
