INFINITY SPEAKERS -- PROVISIONS OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY NOTIFICATION


Owners of 1988 Dodge Caravan and Plymouth Voyager vehicles equipped with the Infinity Audio System, sales code RAY, are now being notified that the warranty coverage on the "2" rear liftgate speakers is being extended to 5 years or 50,000 miles.


When an owner requests replacement for a cracked speaker, both speakers are to be replaced even if only one is defective.


The D.I.A.L. system has been set up to accept claims up to 5/50,000 with the following Labor Operation Number and Failure Code.

FC 11 (broken or cracked)


All dealership personnel responsible for customer service should be notified of this change in coverage.
