A change was made in early production 1988 S-body sliding door trim. A screw was added to the lower trim panel carpet area and is not readily visible because of the carpet material. This requires a change in the removal procedure to prevent breakage of the trim panel.

NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE COMPLETE TRIM PANEL BE REMOVED TO SERVICE ANY COMPONENTS TO PREVENT BREAKAGE OF THE PANEL.
