NS-14C Distributor Mechanical Operation

COMPLETE NO START TEST 14-STEP B BEFORE PROCEEDING.
1. Turn ignition switch Off, then remove distributor cap and crank engine while observing rotor.
2. If rotor turns as engine is cranked, replace the distributor pickup coil. Before replacing pickup coil, ensure terminals in distributor harness connector are not damaged.
3. If rotor does not turn as engine is cranked, locate fault and repair engine or distributor as required.
