Reporting & Reimbursement & Parts Information

Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced should be submitted by DIAL dealers on the DIAL System. Non DIAL dealers may use WROs. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.

If using a WRO, enter only one VIN per claim. Fill in the labor operation number and time allowance and write on the WRO "Recall #431 -- PCV system freeze up." Do not enter other service claims on the same WRO. Use one of the following labor operation numbers and time allowances:

Labor Operation Time
Number Allowance
