Speed Control - Engine Surge

Engine surge only when using the speed control. Engine does not surge when the speed control is not being used.
DIAGNOSIS
Drive the vehicle with the engine at normal operating temperature. If engine surge is present when using the speed control, but is absent when not using speed control, the condition may be caused by a fault in the engine controller (SMEC).
