C Testing Servo Connector Ground

1. Connect diagnostic readout box to the engine harness connector and disconnect speed control serve 4-way connector.
2. Test resistance of black wire to ground.
3. If black wire has continuity to ground, proceed to Step D.
4. If black wire does not have continuity to ground, repair open circuit in ground wire.
