SERVICE INFORMATION
Do not use a putty knife, a razor blade, steel wool, or other metal devices to remove foreign material from window glass. Do not scrape glass to remove smears caused by bugs, road tar or similar sources. Use warm water or recommended solvents to remove the smears. Glass surfaces are best cleaned with the use of a commercial glass cleaner.
