Steering Wheel: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. On standard steering wheels, remove two horn pad assembly attaching screws.
3. On premium steering wheels, pry off horn pad using suitable screwdriver.
4. On all steering wheels, remove steering wheel nut.
5. Remove steering wheel using puller No. C-3428B or equivalent.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Torque steering wheel attaching nut to 45 ft. lbs.
