Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect the Air-flow Sensor connector.

Checking The Air Temperature Sensor Resistance:

2. Connect an ohmmeter to terminals # 4 and # 6
3. While heating the temperature sensor with a hair dryer, measure the resistance.
As the temperature increases, the resistance should decrease.
