Service Procedure

1. Drain engine coolant from radiator and save to refill system.

2. Remove engine cover.

3. Locate the coolant hose routed from the engine block to the water valve. (Figure 1)

4. Remove hose and discard.
5. Cut a 25 inch length of roll stock heater hose, PN 1315466.

Note: Do not use the original hose to determine the replacement hose length. The original hose is too short.

6. Install the new hose between the engine block nipple and the water valve.

7. Reinstall air cleaner and engine cover.

8. Refill engine coolant.
