Reimbursement Information


Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.


Completion Reporting and Reimbursement (Continued)

Use one of the following labor operation numbers (LOPS) and time allowances.

Important: The LOPs below apply to 3 different repair conditions, each with the same time allowance. It is important to use the correct LOP for each vehicle serviced, to identify the condition repaired.

Install two reinforcement plates, (to both 23314282 0.2 Hour
front seat belt buckle assemblies)

Install one reinforcement plate and replace 23314283 0.2 Hour
one front seat belt buckle assembly

Replace two front seat belt buckle 23314284 0.2 Hour
assemblies.

Add the cost of the recall parts used plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.

Vehicle Not Available


If a vehicle is not available for service for a known reason, let us know by filling out the pre-addressed Vehicle Disposition Form portion of the Owner Recall Notification Form or describe the reason on a postcard and mail to:
