Turn Signal Switch: Service and Repair

Turn Signal/Hazard Warning Switch

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove tilt lever if equipped, then the upper and lower steering column covers.
3. Remove multifunction switch tamper proof mounting screws using a suitable Torx bit.
4. Carefully pull switch away from column, then loosen connector screw and disconnect electrical connector.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
