Engine Lift Points:

INSTALLATION
1. Check that dragging or binding is not occurring around the harnesses, pipes, hoses, etc., install the engine assembly.

Engine Mounts:

2. Install engine mounting bolts.

Install:
^ # 32 Heat protector.
^ # 31 Ground cable connection.
^ # 30 Oil pressure gauge unit connector.
^ # 29 EGR temperature sensor connector.
^ # 28 Ground cable connection.
^ # 27 Control wiring harness connector.
^ # 26 Brake booster vacuum hose connection.
^ # 25 Ground cable connection.
^ # 24 Emission control vacuum hose connection.
^ # 23 Engine coolant temperature gauge unit connector
^ # 22 Thermo switch connector.
^ # 21 Engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
^ # 20 Engine coolant temperature switch connector.
^ # 19 Throttle position sensor connector.
^ # 18 I.S.C. connector.
^ # 17 Ignition coil and power transistor assembly.
^ # 16 Alernator connector.
^ # 15 Water hose B connection
^ # 14 Water hose A connection.
^ # 13 Vacuum hose connection.
^ # 12 Fuel return hose connection.
^ # 11 0-ring.
^ # 10 Fuel high pressure hose connection.
^ # 9 Auto cruise control vacuum hose connection, (Vehicles with cruise control).
^ # 8 Power steering oil pump.
^ # 7 Oil cooler hose connection, (if equipped).
^ # 6 Power steering oil pump drive belt.
^ # 5 Compressor.
^ # 4 Air conditioner compressor drive belt.
^ # 3 Throttle control cable connection
^ # 2 Accelerator cable connection.
^ # 1 Air cleaner duct.

Post-Installation Operations
^ Install the Transmission and Transfer Case.

Fan And Shroud removal:

^ Install the Radiator.
^ Adjust Throttle Control Cable.
^ Adjust Accelerator Cable.
^ Install the Hood.
