Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

Air Cleaner, Exploded View:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the air intake hose.
2. Unplug the air flow sensor electrical connector.
3. Remove the 4 nuts attaching the air flow sensor assembly to the air cleaner housing.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the air flow sensor assembly on the air cleaner housing with a new gasket and torque the nuts to 8-10 Nm (6-7 lb-ft).
2. Connect the air flow sensor electrical connector.
3. Install the air intake hose on the air flow sensor assembly and tighten the hose clamp.
