Throttle Body Temperature Sensor: Description and Operation

Throttle Body Temperature Sensor:

PURPOSE

Sensor monitors temperature of throttle body, which is same as fuel temperature. The engine controller uses this information to adjust air/fuel mixture for hot restart conditions.
