Washer Interlock Operation Check

Fig. 32 Washer Terminal Locations:

1. Connect battery and test light to intermittent relay as shown.
2. when terminal 3 is connected to battery's ground terminal, the test light will illuminate approximately 1 second thereafter and then there will be a release for about 3 seconds after connecting to battery ground terminal.
3. The conditioning is normal if about 3 seconds thereafter the test light stops illumination.
