DEALER SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
Customer Satisfaction Notifications # 576 through # 583 -- Front Coil Springs

^ This service requirement applies only to certain 1993 and 1994 model year Dodge Ram Van/Wagon (AB) vehicles built through April 7, 1993.

^ The vehicles involved in this service action are separated into eight different notification groups, each requiring different rate front coil springs. To determine the appropriate notification number for each vehicle, refer to DIAL Function 70, the applicable dealer Vehicle List or the Owner Notification Form (lower right).

^ Dealers are requested to order the proper spring package for each vehicle when scheduling the service appointment.

^ When submitting a service claim, be sure to use the correct labor operation number for the vehicle and notification number involved. The correct LOP must be used to ensure proper payment.

^ Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 02-04-93 was issued to address this condition in advance of this notification. Therefore, any vehicles previously serviced by this TSB at the time of launch, will be completed in the DIAL System Function 70.

Effective immediately all repairs on involved vehicles are to be performed according to this Customer Satisfaction Notification. The Labor Operation Number for TSB 02-04-93 is being canceled.
