Idle Speed

NOTE: Idle speed is not adjustable. The PCM controls idle speed by actuating the Idle Air Control (IAC) Motor.

If idle speed is not as specified on Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI), label under hood, or is rough, or unstable, and there are visible deposits in throttle body, clean throttle body and perform Throttle Body Minimum Air Flow Test.
