Disassembly

1. Mark case halves for installation reference.

Fig 18 Case Half Separation:

2. Remove case attaching bolts, then remove button cover half.

Fig 19 Exploded View Of Power-Loc Differential:

3. Remove pinion mate gear, side gear (clutch) ring and clutch pack shaft. Keep these parts with button cover half for correct installation.
