Clearing Trouble Codes

After the problem has been repaired, use the DRB scan tool to erase a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).

If a scan tool is not available, trouble codes can be cleared by disconnecting the negative battery cable for 1 minute.

NOTE: Be sure to record radio station presets before disconnecting the battery cable. Reset radio station presets and clock after clearing trouble codes.
