Vehicle Speed Sensor: Testing and Inspection

Circuit G7 splices to connect to the speedometer in the instrument cluster.

Circuit K4 splices to supply ground for the signals from the following:
- Throttle position sensor
- Water-in-fuel sensor
- Engine speed sensor
- Intake air temperature sensor
