Vehicle Damage Warnings

- Handle all fuel injection related parts with care as they may easily be damaged.

- Use new gaskets or O-rings when installing fuel lines or injectors.

- Lightly lubricate O-rings and flare connections with clean 30 weight engine oil.

- Check for leaks after servicing fuel system, and correct as needed.

- Do not operate the fuel pump without fuel.

- Do not depress the accelerator pedal on fuel injected models while trying to start the car.

- Do not use gear lubricant or brake fluid to lubricate fuel system connections and O-rings.
