Oil Pump Replacement

NOTE: Oil pan must be removed prior to removing oil pump.


REMOVAL






1. Remove accessory drive belts.
2. Remove Timing Belt.
3. Remove 5 bolts that attach oil pump to block.


INSTALLATION






1. Clean block and pump surfaces.
2. Install new gasket make sure correct length bolts are used.
3. Torque bolts to 13 Nm (120 inch lbs.).
