SYMPTOM
* COURTESY LAMPS ON AT ALL TIME

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- No response (BCM) - CCD bus failure
- Courtesy lamp relay output circuit shorted to B(+)
- Courtesy lamp relay control circuit shorted to ground
- Switched courtesy lamp relay control circuit shorted to ground
- Courtesy lamp relay defective - coil shorted
- Headlamp switch shorted
- BCM defective - relay control shorted (by default)
