Either Squib Terminal Shorted to Battery (Active)

SYMPTOM
EITHER SQUIB TERMINAL SHORTED TO BATTERY (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
With ignition on, the driver airbag line 1 or line 2 circuit value is other than expected.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- PAB line 1 or 2 short to voltage
- Clockspring defective, short to voltage
- Driver airbag line 1 or line 2 short to voltage
- Passenger airbag ON/OFF switch short to voltage
- ACM defective, DAB or PAB short to voltage
