*CHECKING S/C ON/OFF SWITCH

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Clockspring defective
- PCM def (ohms)
- PCM def (volts)
- S/C resume/accel switch defective
- S/C SW sig ckt open/hi resistance
- S/C SW signal circuit short to ground
- Speed control on/off set switch defective
- Speed control on/off sw defective
- Speed control switch signal ckt short to voltage
