Either Squib Terminal Short to Ground (Active)

SYMPTOM
EITHER SQUIB TERMINAL SHORT TO GROUND (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
With ignition on, the driver airbag line 1 or line 2 circuit value is other than expected.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- PAB line 1 or 2 short to ground
- Clockspring defective, short to ground
- Driver airbag line 1 or line 2 short to ground
- Passenger airbag ON/OFF switch short to ground
- ACM DEF DAB or PAB short to ground
