P1765 Transmission 12V Supply Relay Control Circuit

SYMPTOM
P-1765 TRANS 12 VOLT SUPPLY RELAY CNTRL CIRCUIT

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the key on.

SET CONDITION
This code is set if the voltage detected on the Transmission Relay Control Circuit at the PCM is different than the expected voltage for 3 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Generator source circuit open
- Transmission control relay defective
- Transmission control relay wir intermittent def
- Transmission control relay wiring observable def
- Transmission relay control circuit open
- Transmission relay control ckt shorted to ground
- Powertrain control module defective
