SYMPTOM
* FRONT WIPERS NOT WORKING IN LOW SPEED MODE

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- High/Low wiper relay control circuit shorted to ground
- Defective High/Low wiper relay - fused ignition switch
- Open High/Low wiper relay - LO speed output circuit
- Defective wiper motor/LO speed output circuit
