No Response From Central Timer Module

SYMPTOM
* NO RESPONSE FROM CENTRAL TIMER MODULE

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Short to ground - fused ignition switch Run/Acc circuit
- Short to ground - fused ignition switch Run/Start circuit
- Open CCD bus (-) circuit - no response from CTM
- Open logic ground circuit
- Open power ground circuit
- Open CCD bus (+) circuit - no response from CTM
- Defective Central Timer Module - no response
- Defective fuse # 16
- Defective fuse # 17
