Driver Squib Circuit Shorted (Active)

SYMPTOM
DRIVER SQUIB CIRCUIT SHORTED ACTIVE

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected low resistance in the Driver Squib circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- Driver airbag connector disconnected
- Driver airbag line 2 short to passenger airbag line 1
- Driver airbag line 1 shorted to driver airbag line 2
- Airbag Control Module defective, driver airbag shorted
- Clockspring shorted
- Driver airbag module shorted
