Loss of Ignition Run/Start (Active)

SYMPTOM
LOSS OF IGNITION RUN/START (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
With ignition ON, the ignition Run/Start circuit voltage is other than expected.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- Ignition switch output Run/Start open
- Fuse # 19 defective
- Fused ignition switch output Run/Start CKT open
- Fused ignition switch output Run/Start CKT short to ground
- Fused ignition switch Run/Start output short to ground
- Airbag Control Module defective, fused ignition Run/Start open
- Airbag Control Module defective, fused ignition Run/Start shorted
- Passenger airbag switch short to ground
