Passenger Squib Circuit Open (Active)

SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SQUIB CIRCUIT OPEN (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected an open circuit or high resistance in the Passenger Squib circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- PAB line 1 open
- PAB line 2 open
- Passenger side airbag module open
- PAB line 1 or 2 open
- PAB line 1 or line 2 open
- ACM defective, PAB line 1 or 2 open
- ACM defective, passenger airbag circuit open
- PAD switch line 1 open
- PAD switch line 2 open
