Passenger Squib Circuit Shorted (Active)

SYMPTOM
PASSENGER SQUIB CIRCUIT SHORTED (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously with ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The ACM has detected low resistance in the Passenger Squib circuits.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Active code present only with PAB ON/OFF SW OFF
- Passenger squib shorted DTC present
- PAB line 2 short to DAB line 2
- Passenger airbag line 1 short driver airbag line 1
- Passenger airbag line 1 shorted to line 2
- Passenger airbag line 1 shorted to line 2
- Passenger airbag line 1 shorted to line 2
- Passenger airbag module shorted
- ACM defective, passenger airbag circuit shorted
- ACM defective, passenger airbag input shorted
- PAD ON/OFF switch shorted
